th-1Toys for Tots is an organization that is dedicated to helping underprivileged children who will not receive toys this holiday season! New, unwrapped toys at being collected at  Parkville Middle! Drop off by December 5th.


November 13th-17th

While parents are welcome to visit any day, the recommended visitation days by grade are:
Tuesday – 6th Grade
Wednesday – 7th Grade
Thursday – 8th Grade


RACE for Education is taking place on November 16th during your child’s Specials class. Donations are still being accepted and may be mailed in or made on-line. Thank you for Supporting RACE for Education and PMSCT!

Enjoy your doughnuts hot and just the way you like them at the Fractured Prune in Parkville on Sunday, November 19th. Stop in between 7AM-4PM and the Parkville Middle School PTSO will get $2 for every dozen you buy. Enjoy a dozen Cookies & Cream, French Toast, Salted Caramel, or Peach Cobbler. Better yet, get one of each. The flavors are endless.  The Fractured Prune is located at 8705 Harford Road.


The Winter Dance is on Friday, December 1st from 3:00-5:00PM. Tickets include music, fun, and a snack (pizza, chips, & water). KONA ICE will be on sale too! Tickets are $5 and will go on sale in November.


Chick-fil-A Spirit Night is on December 20th from 5:00-8:00PM. Stop by and tell the cashier/show the flier to let them know you’re there to support the Parkville Middle School PTSO.  It’s a perfect dinner solution for those heading to the Orchestra Concert, or to practice, shopping, or whatever has you busy that night

Download and complete the PTSO Membership Form and turn it in to the school office in an envelope marked PTSO or go to (TIP: set up your user account first and then select Parkville Middle School from the list. You may also find PMS under the Marketplace tab).


The PTSO is offering a small grant opportunity open to all departments. Funds are limited so please be sure to provide sufficient information to convey the need and the benefit to students. The PTSO may choose to award a portion of the requested amount.

PURPOSE: Funds must be used for educational purposes such as materials, supplies, experiences, etc. Funds may not be used for food or parties.

DUE DATE: Applications are due the Friday, December 22, 2017

DECISIONS: Applications will be reviewed at the January 17, 2018 PTSO meeting. Awardees will be notified of decisions within a week of the decision.
